Orders Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
Local Delivery
We’re happy to offer local delivery to customers within the city limits of Seneca, Kansas, for a small additional fee. Simply select Local Delivery at checkout, and we’ll reach out via email to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Please make sure your contact and address details are accurate at checkout, and have a phone number handy in case we need to call you. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for our email!
Shipping
Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be handled on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship via USPS Ground, with typical delivery in 2-5 business days after shipping.
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates, and courier delays, especially during major holidays, are outside our control.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@withlovesally.com or submit information through our form here. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, but we hope to offer our products more widely in the future!

Returns
Due to the nature of greeting cards, gift boxes, and perishable or consumable items such as chocolate, sweets, and beverage products, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to love your purchase! For any other items, you may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Simply click the Book Return button below to get started. Once your request is received, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. (Please note that the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.) We aim to respond within 1–2 business days to make the process as easy and smooth as possible.
Something wrong with your order?
We want every order to arrive in perfect shape. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please use the Book Return button below to submit a request within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo and a brief description of the issue; this helps us resolve your request as quickly and easily as possible.
