Orders Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.

Local Delivery

We’re happy to offer local delivery to customers within the city limits of Seneca, Kansas, for a small additional fee. Simply select Local Delivery at checkout, and we’ll reach out via email to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please make sure your contact and address details are accurate at checkout, and keep an eye on your inbox for our email!

Shipping

Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be handled on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship via USPS Ground, with typical delivery in 2-5 business days after shipping.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates, and courier delays, especially during major holidays, are outside our control.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged in protective mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@withlovesally.com or submit information through our form here. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, but we hope to offer our products more widely in the future!

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@withlovesally.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Please include photos and a detailed description of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.

Once we hear from you, we’ll respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
