Greeting cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

If there are any issues with your order, or you’d like to start a return, please submit a Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery.

USPS Ground typically takes 2-5 business days to deliver, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on distance, and we have no control over any delays caused by the courier. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.

All USPS shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
